* Education: At least, a Diploma in any ourse of Study plus a Professional Air Hostess Course
* Language:
-High proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Head of CAMO

Head of CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) is one of the most critical post holders in an airline or aircraft maintenance organization. Under international aviation regulations (such as ICAO, EASA, UK CAA, and GCAA standards), the person is responsible for ensuring that aircraft remain airworthy and compliant at all times.

Flight Dispatchers

Seeking highly analytical Dispatch professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant flight planning and monitoring.

Role Identity:

Ticketing and Reservation Officers (With Amadeus Knowledge)

Pan Afrique Air is seeking professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Ticketing and Reservation Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing procedures, customer service, and Global Distribution Systems, especially Amadeus.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking and confirming passenger reservations.
  • Creating, modifying, and managing Passenger Name Records.
  • Issuing, reissuing, canceling, and refunding airline tickets.
  • Providing passengers with accurate travel, fare, visa, and itinerary information.
  • Assisting with flight schedules, routing, seat assignments, and check-in support.
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and itinerary changes professionally.
  • Coordinating with airport, sales, and operations teams when required.
  • Preparing daily sales, ticketing, and reservation reports.
  • Promoting tour packages, charter services, and other ancillary services where applicable.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have at least one of the following:
