CABIN CREW

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum age: 21 years old at the time of joining
* Minimum height: 160 cm (5’2”)
* Arm reach: Able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoe
* Education: At least a Diploma in any course of Study plus a Professional Air Hostess Course
* Language:
-High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
High proficiency in French, both spoken and written
-Proficiency in Akan and Hausa will be an added advantage
* Experience: At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a similar industry
* Passport: Valid passport with no travel restrictions
* Location: Accra

Remuneration: Negotiable

Applicants with hotel, restaurant, retail, tourism, or airline experience have an advantage.

TRAINING
Successful candidates undergo approximately 7–8 weeks of intensive training covering:
* Safety and emergency procedures
* Aircraft evacuation
* First aid
* Security procedures
* Premium Customer Service
